Delivery Costs
Delivery charges depend on your location.

Failed Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered to the provided shipping address due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or
- The absence of the receiver,
The package will be returned to the sender (The Sole Kart) at the customer’s expense. This expense includes the shipping cost incurred, which will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

We use reliable shipping partners, including Shiprocket, DTDC, SmartShip, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, and Ecom Express for deliveries.
Upon Receipt of Your Order
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package and goods carefully to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery.
- If the package appears damaged or incomplete, refuse delivery or sign as “Damaged” and contact us immediately on the day of delivery.
Bank Holidays
We do not deliver on Bank Holidays. If your order is scheduled for delivery on a Bank Holiday, it will be delivered on the next working day.
